Class notes should include:

#3 Sentence Editing to remove "to be" verbs
#4 Question 4 on Rose selection from 50 Essays
#5 Quindlen Speech questions #1-7.
#6 Johnson Multiple Choice Packet

Journals will be graded not merely on completion of 10 entries, but the quality of those responses.
Please cite all articles( see https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/01/) with appropriate entries.
A record of unknown vocabulary encountered should be included in notes and journals. When encountering an unknown word, the appropriate scholarly response is to engage with that word--not to skim over it.
